We commit to delivering services professionally, safely, and with respect to your property—always honoring your trust and expectations.
4. Scheduling, Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Scheduling: Confirmed services are based on mutual agreement on date, time, and scope.
- Cancellations or Changes: Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. Late changes or cancellations may incur fees to cover technician travel, labor, and preparation time.
- Unexpected Delays: We’ll communicate promptly should external factors (weather, parts availability, emergencies) affect our timing.
5. Your Obligations
To ensure smooth and safe service:
- Provide full and accurate information (address, contact details, descriptions).
- Grant safe, unobstructed access to the work area.
- Ensure electricity supply is available on-site.
- Let us know if there are any pre-existing conditions or site hazards.
6. Pricing, Payment & Additional Services
- Rates & Quotes: Transparent pricing will be provided upfront.
- Payment: Due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.
- Extra Work: Any additional work beyond the agreed scope will be quoted and approved before proceeding.
7. Warranty, Liability & “Done Right” Promise
Our workmanship commitment: We stand by our work. If you’re unsatisfied within 30 days, we’ll return to make it right—no extra cost.
But keep in mind:
- Third-party materials may be subject to manufacturer warranties, not ours.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or unforeseeable damages.
- Some jurisdictions may not allow disclaimers of implied warranties or limitations—those rights still apply to you.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—images, text, design—is owned by Tofft or used with permission. You may view, download, or print for personal use only, and must not use or reproduce it without our explicit written consent.
9. Disputes, Governing Law & Arbitration
These Terms are governed by California law. Disputes are resolved via binding arbitration in Placer County, CA—not in court—unless otherwise subject to mandatory jurisdiction. Arbitration keeps disputes private, efficient, and fair.

11. Entire Agreement & Severability
